Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

Many patients can schedule directly, but certain insurance plans may require a referral. Please check with your provider or contact our front desk for clarification.

How often should I get my eyes checked?

For most people, a comprehensive eye exam is recommended once every 1–2 years. If you have existing conditions like diabetes or glaucoma, more frequent visits may be necessary.

What should I bring to my eye exam?

Please bring your ID, insurance card, current eyeglasses or contact lenses, a list of medications, and any past prescriptions if available.
